Létszám (headcount)

How many people the company employs — but two different figures exist, and they measure different things.

Also known as: average statistical headcount.

The average statistical headcount in the annual filing is a closed year's average. The headcount in NAV's register is the current state.

The two regularly differ, and the difference by itself is not an error: one is a year's average looking back, the other a snapshot of today. That is why we never mix them into one column, and why each carries its source.
