Cégforma (company form)
The company's legal form — Kft., Bt., Zrt. and the rest — which determines liability and capital requirements.
Also known as: Kft, Bt, Zrt, legal form.
The form can be read from the registration number's third and fourth digits: 09 is the Kft., 06 the Bt., 10 the Zrt. The abbreviation at the end of the company name says the same.
The form determines who is liable for the company's debts and how much capital it takes to found one. On a change of form the company receives a new registration number, but keeps its tax number.
Where you find it on Felho
