1. Data controller

The data controller is Verde Holding Kft. (registered seat: 8220 Balatonalmádi, Mátyás király utca 65., Hungary; registration number: 19-09-525260; tax number: 32872608-2-19), operator of felho.hu. Contact: office@verdeholding.hu.

2. What data we process

On account registration: your email address, optionally your name, and your password in irreversibly hashed form. We never store passwords in readable form.

On login: a session cookie (felho_session), valid for 7 days, used solely to keep you signed in — it cannot be used for tracking.

Operational logs: technical event logs required for reliable operation of the service (e.g. login events).

3. Where data is stored

The website is served by Cloudflare (with EU data centers); the backend service and database run in Fly.io's Amsterdam (EU) region.

4. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. The session cookie expires automatically after 7 days. Operational logs are retained in a short rolling window.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to office@verdeholding.hu. We fulfil requests within 30 days.
