Köztartozásmentes adózó (debt-free taxpayer)
A taxpayer on NAV's monthly published list, because on the day of publication it had no public debts.
Also known as: KOMA.
Inclusion must be requested — nobody is added automatically. Nothing therefore follows from absence: it can equally mean the company never applied.
Presence, however, is a verifiable, dated statement, and real information when vetting a partner.
Where you find it on Felho
On NAV records, where we know the data for the given month. Absence is never rendered as debt.
