Székhely (registered seat)
The company's official address in the register — where official documents are served.
The seat is not necessarily where the company actually works — that is what business premises and branch offices are for. Nor does the company have to own it: being entitled to use it is enough.
Several companies can register their seat at one address. At office buildings, law firms and registered-office providers this is entirely normal, and by itself says nothing about the companies.
